At the crossroads of faith, fashion, and function stands After Our Creator LLC, a handcrafted accessories brand rooted in bold Ankara prints and vibrant fabrics.


Founder Margie has built the company with a simple but powerful mission: to help women elevate their wardrobes with affordable, eye-catching pieces — without having to buy more to achieve stylish looks.


Her accessories aren’t just fashion. They are statements of ownership, creativity, and self-expression.



The Conversations We’re Not Having Enough


Margie believes that true style isn’t about chasing trends — it’s about upscaling what you already own.


“Sometimes, you don’t need another closet full of clothes,” she explains. “What you need is the right accessory to transform your look and tell your story.”

This perspective challenges the fast-fashion cycle by encouraging women to repurpose their existing wardrobe with handcrafted accents. The result: a more sustainable, personal, and impactful approach to style.


We love this callout because it challenges us all to be more than just consumers. It’s healthy to build muscle memory in re-use, re-purposing, and rejuvenation.



Lessons From the Journey


Margie has grown After Our Creator debt-free, operating with low overhead and leaning on personal resources to bring her vision to life. But the financial journey hasn’t been without challenges.


  • Cash Flow Reality Check – Despite the promise of grants and “free money,” she’s learned that many of these opportunities are harder to access than advertised.


  • Misguided Speculation – She warns entrepreneurs not to sink too many resources into betting on untested events or inventory. “There’s no financial pain quite like wrapping up all your liquidity in unsold products that just sit and can’t be easily liquidated.”


  • Customer Insight – One of her biggest surprises has been how customers often want designs presented differently than she originally envisioned. with a smile, she said:


“You can be too protective of your creativity. Sometimes the joy is helping someone else’s vision come to life.”


Building Beyond Business


For Margie, After Our Creator is more than a company — it’s a calling. She describes herself as an advocate for tithers, givers, and Kingdom financiers, and she wants her family to see firsthand that ownership is not only possible, but purposeful.


While her family may not yet share the same interest in the business, they are witnesses to the principles she models: stewardship, creativity, and faith-driven entrepreneurship.
