Casey Ariel is the Founder of Blaze Group, a tech + consulting firm that is revolutionizing the way that Black women entrepreneurs are cultivated. Her mission is to put ease and access at the fingertips of the fastest-growing demographic of entrepreneurs in ways that feel like home. 

Blaze Group was founded in 2020 when Casey left a 10-year career of structuring multi-billion-dollar loans for tech companies, after having never worked on a deal team with another Black woman nor deploying capital to a Black-owned business. She has leveraged her expertise to create scalable, tech-driven solutions that have aided 100,000+ individuals around the globe through her education, advisory, and consulting services.

A notable speaker, Casey has spoken at Amazon, Data 360 Solutions, Georgetown University, Wellness at Work, Podia, and more. Casey is an alumna of New Voice's Grow & Scale PACE Bootcamp, the Fearless  Fund's Get Venture Ready accelerator, digitalundivided x JP Morgan's Oakland BREAKTHROUGH accelerator, and The Well Work's Build Wellth Founder Academy.

 

To date, Blaze Group has been recognized as a 2023 Webby Awards Honoree for Best in Metaverse, Immersive, & Virtual and a 2022 Webby Awards Honoree for Best in Business & Finance.
